Harry Orbach Miller

Harry Orbach-Miller is a strategy and public policy professional, currently managing the strategy unit at one of Canada’s largest pension funds. 

Previously, Harry served over half a decade in the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada, primarily as Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister. In this role, he led the development of public policy and strategy for a wide range of areas, including the Treasury Board, infrastructure, transportation, service delivery modernization, machinery of government, the Canadian Space Agency, democratic institutions, procurement, internal trade and labour relations, among others. This included advising on four federal budgets, a post-election transition, and leading the development of the 2021 ministerial mandate letters. 

For his public service and community involvement, Harry has been named by Corporate Knights as one of Canada’s Top 30 Under 30 Sustainability Leaders, included twice on The Hill Times’ 25 Terrific Staffer list, and is a recipient of the Ontario Volunteer Service Award and King Charles III Coronation Medal. 

Harry is a proud Jewish Canadian, having actively supported numerous community causes, including serving as a Senior Fellow with the Canadian Jewish Political Affairs Committee. 

He is an alumnus of the University of Toronto (Munk School) and Western University, where he completed his Master of Public Policy and Bachelor of Arts, respectively.
