Pentcho Tchomakov is an AI and digital transformation leader passionate about bridging technology and policy to drive meaningful change. With a background in machine learning, data engineering, and AI strategy, he has led the development of large-scale AI solutions that optimize business operations and enhance decision-making in major industries, including finance, healthcare, and retail.

Currently serving as Director of ML Product Management & Delivery at RBC Borealis, Pentcho oversees enterprise-wide AI initiatives, ensuring the safe and scalable deployment of AI-powered products. His work includes developing AI governance frameworks, building next-generation MLOps platforms, and driving innovation in Generative AI applications.

An advocate for youth leadership, he previously represented Canada at the G7 Youth Summit and served as President of the Youth Council of Montreal, where he worked on smart city policies and urban innovation. He also mentors students inAI, data science, and analytics, equipping the next generation with the tools to navigate the evolving digital landscape.
